HYDROCARBON DEHYDRATION

HYDROCARBON
DEHYDRATION

Calcium chloride is a product for the dehydration of gas and liquid hydrocarbons such as natural gas, LPG, kerosene, and diesel fuels. The product is manufactured into briquettes to minimize bridging and channeling. The calcium chloride passes from a solid to liquid. The calcium chloride is capable of adsorbing one pound of water per pound of product in liquid hydrocarbon systems under most conditions. The product can reach a dew-point depression of 55-70 degF.
