OUR HIRING PROCESS
We know how stressful it can be to wait on a response once you have applied for a position. Please refer to the timeline below to better understand our hiring process. Once you submit your application/resume, you can expect:
- The hiring manager will review all resumes/applications
Depending on the number of resumes/applications received, this could take up to 2 weeks. - Phone interview with the hiring manager
Our hiring manager will contact you to have a brief conversation to discuss your background, skillset, and expectations. - In-person interview
You will have an opportunity to give more in-depth details about your qualifications and ask questions about our company and the position. - Pre-employment screenings
If selected, we will request additional information to process a background check, drug screenings as well as position specific pre-employment tests. - Job offer extended
Once results have been cleared, our HR team or the hiring manager will extend a job offer including starting date and compensation information. - Onboarding
After the job offer has been accepted, our HR team will send information and documentation to be completed for a successful first day as a part of Coastal Chemical.
