N-SPEC’s flaring services are fully compliant with all EPA/TCEQ regulations and are an excellent option for disposing of HRVOCs safely and efficiently. Our services include state-of-the-art flow measurement along with a cutting-edge Emerson gas chromatograph, which is 10 times more sensitive than traditional gas chromatographs.

Product Line Heaters
When a pipeline system experiences a large reduction in pressure during transition points, an intense cooling effect can take place within the contents of the pipe, forming “hydrates” that can quickly freeze and block flow through the line. This effect can strongly impact the metallurgy of the line.
Line heaters prevent the formation of hydrates and regulate process temperature to enhance the performance of downstream equipment.
